  • Financial information: Payment details (processed securely via third-party payment providers).

Note: Where you withdraw consent for employer/CV sharing, we will stop further identifiable employer sharing, but this will not affect any sharing that has already taken place prior to your withdrawal. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to that processing.

  • Discuss anonymised candidate background summaries with employer contacts for general market testing, employer outreach, and opportunity exploration.

  • Send relevant marketing communications (with your consent).
  • Maintain business records and comply with legal requirements.

Where we use third-party processors to handle personal data on our behalf, they are bound by data protection obligations and cannot use your data for their own purposes.

Where we share your information with prospective employers or recruitment partners, those organisations process your information as independent data controllers for their own recruitment, hiring, assessment, and record-keeping purposes.

Most of your data is stored and processed within the UK. Where transfers outside the UK occur (e.g., through international cloud services), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

  • The UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or
  • Transfers to countries with an adequacy decision from the UK Government.

We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for legal, accounting, contractual, career support, dispute resolution, or reporting obligations.

  • Enquiry or applicant data: Up to 3 years.
  • Enrolled learners: Duration of the course plus 6 years.
  • Career support, CV, candidate profile, and employer outreach records: Duration of the course plus 6 years.
  • Finance records: Minimum of 6 years (for audit and compliance).
  • Marketing data: Until you withdraw consent.

Data that is no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.
