The Role:
provides virtual academic support to students in various subjects. Their role includes explaining concepts, assisting with project work, preparing students for exams, and offering personalised learning strategies. Responsibilities include:

• Provide top-tier education to our students via online classroom training
• Assessing student progress and adapting teaching methods accordingly
• Providing constructive feedback and study material
• Encouraging student engagement and motivation
• Maintaining a structured yet flexible learning environment
  
  About You:
• Experience teaching within the IT or Data field
• Hold CompTIA or Microsoft certifications as a minimum
• Experience working in IT or data is advantageous 
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to motivate people
• A non-judgmental manner
