Our Story
Dev and Vince met in 2013, when they worked for a recruitment and training company – Dev focused on speaking with students to understand their career goals, and Vince focused on building the internal marketing and operations pathways to develop the brand.
But something was missing. They both found that students wanted to be taught through live classes, they wanted real-world project work, they wanted to be supported through their exams , and guidance from recruitment professionals on how to conduct themselves to help them get their foot in the door, which is why we created Newto Training.
Their goal? “To build a global training company and deliver first-rate education that puts their students first”.
Dev – “Vince and I sat together and asked ourselves ‘how would we want to learn? Especially if we are investing in ourselves?’ It was from there that we set out our roadmap”

In just 3 short years, Newto Training expanded from a company of 2, to a team of 30+ like-minded and ambitious individuals and won the 2024 CompTIA Rising Star Award – something of which the team are immensely proud.
