While there is no legal requirement for employers to hire ex-military candidates, many organisations choose to do so through Armed Forces Covenant commitments and veteran friendly recruitment practices. Candidates who combine military experience with recognised qualifications are often highly competitive in the job market.
ELCAS is one of the most valuable resettlement benefits available to Armed Forces personnel because it supports long term employability rather than short term job placement.
