The Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will handle warm inbound leads—individuals who have already enquired about our training and career programmes. Your job is to understand their goals, match them to the right programme, and guide them through the enrolment process with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand each prospect’s needs
  • Present suitable training and career pathways based on their background
  • Build trust and rapport with prospective students
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in HubSpot CRM
  • Follow up with leads to maximise conversions and improve customer experience
  • Work closely with the admissions and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident, motivated, and passionate about helping people change their careers.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience selling IT training, professional courses, or similar education products
  • Strong background in B2C sales (phone‑based or remote sales preferred)
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a bonus, but training is provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire prospective students
  • A positive, non‑judgmental, and supportive approach
  • Strong analytical skills to understand a prospect’s goals and recommend the right programme
