In this 3-hour mastery workshop, participants work with live coaching challenges and practice through realistic scenarios that test judgement. The session focuses on agreements and trust, sensemaking and decisions, behavior change through action and review, and sound judgement on digital and AI guardrails, strengthened through structured peer challenge. Participants leave with practical habits that keep coaching ethical, grounded and effective in everyday work and collaboration.
